Implement and support of Business Applications to enhance the company’s business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of company’s satisfaction.
Understand how applications support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems. Work with business and IT teams and manage all project requirements.
Performs ongoing activities to maintain and enhance overall system performance. Analyze current system processes and design functional requirements.
Maintains health of SQL databases and keep the track of backups. Develops and maintain automated database loads and extractions
Develops integrations between organization systems based on business requirements
Coordinates activities with network services and information systems groups. Assesses user needs to provide support and proactive service, including analysis of opportunities in order to take advantage of available tools
Design and deliver high quality solutions that meet overall business requirements.
Interface with business process owners to facilitate process improvement through enhanced or new application functionality.
Document functional requirements for systems and processes. Develop work schedules and ensure all application work within work schedule.
Design, document, and implement unit, integration, and regression test plans. Perform regression testing to validate fixes and enhancements.
Transfer knowledge to the customer for on-going support.
Provides ongoing troubleshooting, support, and maintenance of applications, including 24/7 on call coverage as required.
Work with users and other IT members on a routine basis to troubleshoot reported problems pertaining to application software.
Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmentally friendly methods.
Most have experience in sales buzz application.
