Job Title: Charles River Derivatives (CRD) Support Analyst
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Salary Range: SAR 50k – SAR 60k per month
Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day operational support for the Charles River Derivatives (CRD) platform, ensuring smooth system performance and reliability.

Troubleshoot and resolve both technical and functional issues related to derivatives workflows within CRD.

Monitor system health, logs, and alerts to proactively detect and resolve performance or configuration issues.

Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, compliance officers, and IT teams to address issues and improve system processes.

Perform application configuration, manage user access, and support version upgrades or patches.

Participate in testing, deployment, and validation of new releases or enhancements.

Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures for knowledge sharing.

Conduct user training and knowledge sessions on CRD features, workflows, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in application support within the financial services or investment management industry.

Proven hands-on experience with the Charles River (CRD) platform.

Strong understanding of trade order management, portfolio management, compliance, and derivatives trading workflows.

Expertise in Business Process Analysis Tools (P4 - Expert level).

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working effectively with both business and technical teams.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with SQL, FIX protocol, and financial data feeds (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters).

Experience in incident and change management processes (e.g., ITIL framework).

Exposure to system integration and automation tools within investment management platforms.
