Job Title: Charles River Derivatives (CRD) Support Analyst

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Salary Range: SAR 50k – SAR 60k per month


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for the Charles River Derivatives (CRD) platform, ensuring smooth system performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve both technical and functional issues related to derivatives workflows within CRD.
  • Monitor system health, logs, and alerts to proactively detect and resolve performance or configuration issues.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, compliance officers, and IT teams to address issues and improve system processes.
  • Perform application configuration, manage user access, and support version upgrades or patches.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and validation of new releases or enhancements.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures for knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct user training and knowledge sessions on CRD features, workflows, and best practices.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in application support within the financial services or investment management industry.
  • Proven hands-on experience with the Charles River (CRD) platform.
  • Strong understanding of trade order management, portfolio management, compliance, and derivatives trading workflows.
  • Expertise in Business Process Analysis Tools (P4 - Expert level).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working effectively with both business and technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with SQL, FIX protocol, and financial data feeds (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters).
  • Experience in incident and change management processes (e.g., ITIL framework).
  • Exposure to system integration and automation tools within investment management platforms.
