Projects Lifecycle Management
Plan the projects along with business analysts and business teams based on business case analysis, benefits, payback period, etc
Own the delivery of minor enhancements – both internal delivery as well as co-ordination with outsourced vendors
Validate business requirements throughout planning to delivery
Perform benefits realization exercises periodically to assess the utilization of and value realization from technology initiatives
Monitor the project progress and co-ordinate with delivery teams for successful fulfillment of business objectives
Application Support
Perform Necessary trouble shooting to resolve Identified Application Issues Provide the right expertise for each application throughout its life cycle
Manage new company setups, DOA, and minor enhancements for critical applications
Manage UAT related support for new initiatives
Perform Any Application Setups Necessary to resolve Identified Problems
Manage application integrations and interfaces to ensure timely MIS is met
Manage support through vendor effectively wherever application support is outsourced to OEM/Partners
Prepare weekly status report activities to Business Partner and/or Application Manager
Act as focal points for domains managed and ensure SLAs are met
Manage escalations and actions to ensure timely support for critical escalated issues
Review the technical solution designs, configuration aligned with the functional solution
Perform Quality code and architecture review for major project initiatives
Business Analysis
Analyze complex business problems and determine an IT solution (enhancements, workarounds, new systems, etc)
Gather data and analyze business and user needs
Conduct research on new technology trends and new solutions for the relevant industry vertical
Provide recommendations on hardware and software procurement to support client's business goals
Work closely with managers and end users to monitor system effectiveness and plan continuous improvements
Business Relationship Management
Assist the BRM/Business Partner in Service Level Monitoring and Reporting
Collate the business requirements and prioritize it with the business users along with justification, benefits and payback period
Assist the BRM/Business Partner in the annual strategic plan process
Leadership
Manage, plan, and administer the activities associated with the running applications
Follow-up on applications events and issues to ensure that they have been correlated, analyzed, acted upon, closed, and reported
Monitor, track and communicate all application support requests
Escalate and follow up the unresolved or pending issues
Communication
Participate in internal meetings which enhance internal communications, reporting and high productivity
Prepare and communicate SLA performance analysis in respective areas
Knowledge Management
Transfer the knowledge by sharing the documents (SOPs)
Validate/ensure knowledge transfer sessions at the end of the projects
Pursue and Complete professional courses and certifications
Work with business analysts and enterprise architect to review and maintain process and system information in AWR Group EA repository
Policies and Procedure
Adapt methodologies, technologies and practices to incorporate the change
Develops and implements application standards, procedures and guidelines
Adopt and improve Corporate Integrity and Compliance Program policies
Expand the process culture of the team
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science or engineering
Master in IT is a plus
Professional certifications in Business Analysis, IT Service Management and Project Management desirable
Certifications from product vendors (Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce, Yardi, etc)
Work Experience
At least 6 years of enterprise business applications experience including support and implementation
Excellent knowledge and understanding of Vehicle Leasing & Rental industry is required, with hands-on experience in one or more standard applications for the same
Experience in multiple system implementation, upgrade and enhancement initiatives
Excellent understanding of the standard enterprise applications structure and database Experience in two of more of the following applications is preferred – Oracle E-Business Suite, Salesforce, Carpro, Oracle Fusion, Yardi, Microsoft Dynamics Navision/D365, Netsuite, etc
Experience in developing new modules, extensions to existing applications, developing end-to-end data pipelines and reports
Experience in Business Process Analysis and Improvements is desirable
Experience in integration design, development and management across multiple systems, preferably using standard middleware like Oracle ICS, Boomi, TIBCO, etc
Competencies
Business Process and Systems Analysis
Very good experience in preparing technical design deliverables in line with a structured methodology, preferably in three or more of the following technologies – Oracle, OAF, ADF, Java, APEX, BigQuery, Python, ODI, Salesforce (Lightning), NET, Sharepoint, etc
Good communication skills – ability to present and explain concepts and demonstrate products
Excellent analysis and debugging skills
Good knowledge of Power BI or other similar business intelligence tools
Time and result oriented work delivery
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
Language
English, Arabic is a plus
