Recommend improvements to policy and direct the implementation of instructions covering all areas of Business Applications activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service
Ensure an adequate system security by developing and implementing related systems, policies and procedures to ensure the company has the required data and information security level, in order to make sure that the information is available based on the authorized access level.
Setting strategy for the business applications under his functional area in Savola foods Company, under the direction of Business Application Director and in alignment with the company main strategy and objectives.
Work closely with senior management to identify the business application requirements, and enhance the current applications processes to satisfy the current & future business needs.
Identify and satisfy any new business needs by managing to be aware of current and future business challenges, strategies and search for business application within available or new application to maintain IT system as a business competitive edge which will enable the business to have a competitive edge in the market.
Own the implementation of projects under his area to ensure that the project cycle is completed, meeting agreed project parameters (cost budget, timelines, scope and quality), standards and objectives
Lead the implementation of the business application role successfully in the assigned operational units operating under the umbrella of Savola foods Company which will help in having a unified process for all SFC and apply the best practice.
Education:
University degree in computer sciences or equivalent. A higher degree in Information systems is an asset.
MBA or PMP is preferred.
Language :
Good command of English.
Skills:
Fully acquainted with the recent developments in information systems and computer applications.
Business understanding for HR Processes
Knowledge of Business Process Re-engineering.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years Hands on Implementation experience related to Oracle Fusion ERP – HCM modules under his function and Operation support [Core HR – Absence Management – Payroll – SSHR – Performance Management – Recruitment and Onboarding – Learning Management – Succession Planning]
Solid experience in HCM ERP Transformations of 10 years
