Summary: As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding their implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project objectives. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in business architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional [Specialized as a Warehouse Functional consultant]. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX Operations Functional. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Ability to create detailed documentation and business cases to support project initiatives. - Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication across diverse teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
