Role Purpose
To lead the design and development of enterprise business architecture, ensuring strategic alignment between business objectives, operations, and technology, and enabling successful organizational transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Align strategy with business processes, organizational structures, and technology.

Lead
Business Process Reengineering (BPR)
initiatives to improve efficiency.

Define and manage
Business Capabilities
and associated roadmaps.

Collaborate with enterprise and IT architects to ensure end-to-end alignment.

Support digital transformation and organizational change initiatives.

Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and strategic documentation.

Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and architectural standards.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Master’s degree (MBA or Strategic Management) is preferred.

Strong expertise in
Business Architecture and Enterprise Architecture

Advanced business and process modeling skills (BPMN, Capability Maps).

Experience
10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in enterprise transformation, strategy, and business architecture.
