We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Business Architect to own the end-to-end business justification and value story for our AI solutions. You will be a pivotal figure, responsible for quantifying the opportunity in the pre-sales phase and then validating the business outcomes post-delivery. Your role is critical in translating innovative AI concepts into financially sound investments that drive measurable ROI and strategic transformation.

Pre-Sales & Business Case Development: Partner with the sales and solutioning teams to engage clients, identify value levers, and build compelling, data-driven business cases and financial models (e.g., ROI, TCO, NPV) for AI initiatives.
- Proposal & Pitch Development: Act as the value realization authority in proposal preparation, defining success metrics, building credible ROI models, and articulating the financial rationale to secure stakeholder buy-in.
- AI MVP Design & Validation: Work closely with technical teams to design AI MVPs and use-cases that are grounded in business value, and lead the effort to measure and validate their financial impact during and after implementation.
- Practice Collaboration: Work closely with Practice Leaders to develop standardized value frameworks, financial models, and benchmarking tools to strengthen our AI business case offerings.
- AI-Led Digital Transformation: Advise clients on the economic and operational impact of AI, acting as a trusted consultant to build their business-led AI transformation roadmaps.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

A proven track record as a Business Architect, Data Modeler, or Management Consultant with deep expertise in developing complex financial models and business cases, preferably for AI/ML use-cases.
- Full-lifecycle experience, from pre-sales and proposal writing through to the post-implementation measurement of business value and financial return.
- Strong expertise in data modelling, KPI definition, and translating technical capabilities into clear financial and operational benefits.
- Highly desirable: Prior experience in a top-tier management consulting environment, with a focus on digital transformation and technology value realization.
- A strategic mindset—you are as comfortable building a discounted cash flow model for a CFO as you are workshopping value drivers with business executives to shape an AI MVP.
