Our client is the largest automotive company in the United States , and we are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Business Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the leadership team and technical department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and manages multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.

  • W2 Contract- No C2C or C2H offered


Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings (virtual & in-person), prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
  • Communication & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact, screen and prioritize communications, draft correspondence, and ensure smooth information flow.
  • Project & Event Coordination: Assist with technical projects, workshops, and team events, including logistics and vendor coordination.
  • Travel & Expense Management: Arrange domestic/international travel and process expense reports accurately.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain sensitive technical documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Operational Support: Handle office equipment requests and assist with onboarding new technical hires.
  • Data & Reporting: Compile data, create basic reports, and assist with presentations.
  • Strategic Support: Help execute strategic initiatives and identify process improvements for efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.

Experience:

  • 3+ years in administrative support roles (Executive Assistant, Business Assistant), ideally in technology, engineering, or R&D.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Google Workspace).

Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset; able to work independently and collaboratively.


Preferred: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and technical terminology.


  • Hybrid Schedule: Monday–Thursday onsite
