Business Banking Customer Intelligence & Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a Business Banking Intelligence & Analytics Specialist who can turn complex data into actionable insights that drive growth and enhance customer engagement. In this strategic role, you will collaborate with Business, Digital Marketing, Product, CRM, and Technology teams to support data-driven decisions, optimize customer journeys, and improve commercial performance. Beyond reporting, this role focuses on understanding customer behavior, identifying growth opportunities, preventing churn, and measuring performance.

If you think you have the following qualifications;

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in customer analytics, experience in business development, data analysis, financial modeling, and/or business intelligence.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, SAS, Cognos, PowerBI, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes
• Experience in banking, financial services, or large-scale customer portfolios is a strong plus

• Analyze customer behavior, lifecycle, and product usage to identify growth, retention, and cross-sell opportunities
• Monitor customer activity, churn signals, and engagement drivers
• Translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations
• Support personalized and data-driven customer journeys
• Track portfolio performance and customer value evolution
• Own and maintain dashboards and regular reporting (BI tools, Cognos, etc.)
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or advanced analytics tools
• Ensure analytics outputs are actionable, not just descriptive
