We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Sales Agent – Business Bay Area Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience working specifically in Business Bay, with strong expertise in both residential and commercial properties across this prime business district.

As a Business Bay specialist, you will guide clients through property buying, selling, and leasing while offering unmatched insights into the area’s towers, developments, and rapidly evolving market trends.

Key Responsibilities

Business Bay Area Expertise

  • Specialize exclusively in Business Bay, maintaining strong knowledge of all residential and commercial towers, prices, market trends, and upcoming developments.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for clients looking to invest, buy, rent, or sell in Business Bay.
  • Provide accurate, data-driven area insights based on real-time market experience.

Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, buyers, sellers, and tenants.
  • Understand client requirements to deliver tailored property solutions within Business Bay.

Property Listings

  • Source, list, and market Business Bay properties across online portals, social media, and through personal and professional networks.
  • Maintain updated listings with professional presentations.

Market Knowledge

  • Stay up to date with Business Bay pricing, availability, supply-demand trends, and RERA regulations.
  • Offer clients well-informed investment advice and property comparisons.

Viewings & Property Tours

  • Conduct property tours with detailed knowledge of tower layouts, amenities, and community features.
  • Highlight key advantages of Business Bay’s commercial and residential lifestyles.

Negotiation & Closing Deals

  • Facilitate negotiations between landlords, sellers, buyers, and tenants for successful and transparent transactions.
  • Ensure all deals are aligned with RERA and company compliance standards.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and manage Form A/B, tenancy agreements, contracts, and required documentation.
  • Adhere strictly to RERA and organizational guidelines.

Sales & Leasing Performance

  • Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.
  • Maintain an active pipeline and ensure accurate updates in CRM systems.

Team Coordination

  • Collaborate with colleagues and developers to maximise conversions and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of direct experience working in Business Bay as a sales or leasing agent.
  • Strong knowledge of Business Bay tower inventory, prices, and market behavior.
  • Solid understanding of RERA regulations and Dubai property procedures.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or others are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with strong time management and organization skills.
  • Existing client or landlord network in Business Bay (preferred).
