Business & Brand Growth Manager (Female) – Diamond & Gold

We are launching a new luxury jewellery brand specializing in premium lab-grown diamond and gold collections, designed to offer exceptional craftsmanship and an elevated customer experience. To support our growth, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (Female) who will lead initiatives across strategy, sales, marketing, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow sales and market presence in the jewellery sector.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to spot trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
• Plan and manage both digital and offline marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Oversee marketing operations including social media, content creation, events, collaborations, and brand visibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, retailers, and strategic partners.
• Track business performance, generate reports, and present data-driven insights to management.
• Identify and establish new sales channels and revenue streams aligned with brand goals.
• Support additional responsibilities related to business development, marketing, and brand growth as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of lab-grown diamonds, gold, diamond grading, and related industry standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the lab-grown diamond and gold jewelry sector.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, market dynamics, and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with digital marketing tools, social media, and brand promotion is a plus.
