Royal Smart Limousine (RSL) is Dubai’s premier provider of luxury and executive transportation solutions, proudly serving government entities, embassies, corporate institutions, VIP travelers, and world-renowned hospitality brands.
As part of our strategic expansion, RSL is seeking an experienced Business Broker to lead growth initiatives, establish high-value commercial partnerships, and drive new business opportunities across the UAE and international markets.
Position Overview
The Business Broker will play a pivotal role in expanding RSL’s commercial footprint by sourcing, negotiating, and closing strategic business and investment deals. This role requires a results-driven professional with a strong background in B2B sales, commercial brokerage, or corporate partnership management—particularly within the UAE’s transportation, mobility, or hospitality sectors.
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator and strategic negotiator capable of developing profitable collaborations and long-term business relationships that align with RSL’s vision for growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Strategic Partnerships
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate collaborations.
- Develop tailored business and investment models aligned with client objectives and company strategy.
- Lead negotiations and finalize commercial agreements with senior stakeholders and investors.
- Represent RSL at business expos, networking events, and industry forums to strengthen market presence.
2. Brokerage & Transaction Management
- Act as the key liaison between clients, investors, and vendors for all commercial and investment transactions.
- Manage the complete brokerage cycle — from opportunity identification to contract execution and post-deal support.
- Ensure proper due diligence, pricing accuracy, and contractual compliance.
3. Client & Portfolio Management
- Maintain and grow strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Conduct regular business performance reviews and identify opportunities for upselling or reinvestment.
- Address and resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently.
4. Market Research & Commercial Insights
- Monitor emerging trends in corporate mobility, leasing, and commercial partnerships.
- Provide senior management with actionable insights and data-driven market reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop client acquisition and retention campaigns.
5. Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate CRM records for all clients, contracts, and financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly performance reports, forecasts, and pipeline summaries.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE commercial regulations and internal company policies.
Candidate Profile
Experience:
- 5–10 years of experience in business brokerage, B2B sales, or commercial business development.
- Proven record of closing high-value contracts or partnership deals.
- Prior experience in transportation, fleet leasing, hospitality, or luxury services is highly desirable.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong commercial acumen and financial understanding.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (additional languages such as Hindi, Russian, or French are a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements:
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Willingness to travel locally for client and partner meetings.
