Royal Smart Limousine (RSL) is expanding its portfolio with a specialized Commercial Brokerage Division, connecting entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners for the buying and selling of businesses across multiple industries.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Brokerage Manager to lead and manage this division, oversee client onboarding, and drive successful deal closures while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of business brokerage deals – from onboarding sellers to finalizing transactions.
- Supervise the business vetting and verification process (legal, financial, and operational checks).
- Coordinate marketplace listings and ensure businesses are presented professionally to investors.
- Handle buyer engagement, including NDAs, investor profiling, and negotiations.
- Oversee deal closure, ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and collection of brokerage fees.
- Collaborate with marketing to launch sponsored campaigns that attract qualified investors.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand RSL’s business brokerage portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, investors, and industry stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in business brokerage, investment advisory, business consulting, or M&A (mergers & acquisitions).
- Strong knowledge of business valuation, compliance, and due diligence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with UAE business laws and RERA/commercial compliance is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus).
