Business Brokerage Sales Consultant

About the Role

We are expanding our Business Brokerage Division and seeking an experienced Business Brokerage Sales Consultant to sell ready businesses within Dubai.

You must have hands-on experience in business transfers and sales within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present business sale opportunities to buyers
  • Conduct valuation-based negotiations
  • Manage full business transfer process
  • Coordinate documentation and transaction stages
  • Maintain CRM and performance tracking

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of business brokerage or direct business sales experience in Dubai
  • Proven record of completed business transfer transactions in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of local licensing and transfer procedures
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Fluent English communication

Base Salary: AED 5,000

Commission: 3–7% performance-based (uncapped)

Team Override: Percentage on team production (if leading advisors)

High performers in this role can exceed AED 60,000 – 120,000+ monthly, based on capital mobilization and deal performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
