JD of Centre Manager

The Business Centre Manager manages the day- to- day operations of the Business Centre. He/ She will report directly to the Area Manager and will be responsible for the activities of the country. This is a key management position that demands excellent leadership, management skills and vision within the Business Centre.

Responsibilities

Daily organization of the business center
Management of all employees within the center
Responsible for the business center occupancy rate
Responsible for P&L
Dealing with clients and being accessible to them
Training and Development
Networking
Reporting to the HQ in Qatar
Setting good behaviors and leading by example
Maintaining productivity and standards
Respect policies and procedures

General Experience

Business Centre and /or service industry experience
Proven sales management track record
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of local market and regulations
Proven sales management track record
Excellent communication and coaching skills
Good relationship builder
Self driven, Trustworthy, Ambitious
Bilingual - English Arabic preferred

Ability to deal with different nationalities and strong verbal and written English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RO1,055.000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Muscat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
