Business Center Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Center Manager to oversee the launch and operations of a premium business center. This role combines project management, commercial leasing, and day-to-day operational leadership, with a strong emphasis on delivering a high-end tenant experience. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in business center management and project launches, with in-depth knowledge of the Saudi market and KAFD regulations


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the end-to-end setup of the business center, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Manage relationships and contracts with fit-out companies, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate design and space planning in line with brand identity and functional requirements.
  • Monitor construction progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with local building codes and KAFD regulations.
  • Oversee procurement of furniture, fixtures, IT systems, and office equipment.
  • Implement operational processes, SOPs, and service standards prior to launch.
  • Develop and execute a leasing strategy to attract high-quality tenants (local and international businesses).
  • Negotiate lease terms, packages, and service agreements to maximize revenue and occupancy.
  • Build partnerships with real estate agents, relocation firms, and corporate networks to generate leads.
  • Oversee marketing and promotional campaigns for the business center. Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure high retention rates.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the business center once operational.
  • Lead the front-of-house team to ensure premium service delivery.
  • Oversee facilities management, security, cleaning, and IT support services.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business center management, commercial real estate, or serviced offices—with at least 2 years in a setup/launch role.
  • Proven track record in fit-out project management and contractor negotiations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in leasing, tenant acquisition, and sales.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi market, especially KAFD regulations and business environment, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight timelines.
  • High attention to detail with a luxury service mindset.
