Business Central Consultant

1. System Implementation & Customization

o Configure, customize, and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to align with the company’s operational needs.

o Collaborate with the implementation partner to ensure timely deployment and efficient system integration.

2. **Process Optimization & Data Management

o Work closely with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, procurement, and plant) to identify and optimize workflows.

o Manage data consistency and accuracy to enable effective decision-making.

3. User Support & Troubleshooting

o Serve as the primary point of contact for internal D365 Business Central issues.

o Resolve system errors and escalate complex issues to external support as needed.

4. Training & Development

o Conduct hands-on training sessions for staff to ensure proper usage of the system.

o Develop training materials to enhance user understanding of system features and best practices.

5. Reporting & Analytics

o Design custom dashboards and reports tailored to departmental requirements using D365 Business Central’s reporting tools.

6. System Updates & Testing

o Manage system upgrades, test new features, and ensure compatibility with existing processes.

o Provide feedback to the implementation partner for continuous improvement.

7. Documentation & Compliance

o Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, workflows, and user guides.

o Ensure system compliance with internal policies and external regulations, especially in financial reporting and data security.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
