Position Overview

We’re seeking a Business Communication Associate Intern to support publisher acquisition efforts. You'll gain hands-on experience in outreach, marketing, and customer success within a tech startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential publishers via email and other communication channels
• Clearly communicate our platform’s value proposition and generate interest
• Follow up with prospective publishers and maintain ongoing communication
• Track outreach activities, responses, and updates using CRM tools or spreadsheets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
• Share feedback and insights to improve future outreach efforts

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (especially email writing)
• Professional, polite, and persuasive communication style
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets, Gmail, and CRM platforms (CRM experience is a plus)
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous experience in outreach, sales, or customer service
• Interest or background in digital marketing, advertising, or technology platforms
