Business Communications Manager

Responsible for overseeing the implementation of both internal, Operational Unit & Group entities along with the external client and stakeholder communication strategies. This can include managing external communication channels such as social media platforms, company websites, corporate tenders, media relations, company newsletters and marketing for operational excellence and in improving overall performance and output quality. Responsible for the organisational and process tasks to standardise and improve the overall communication efforts of the company and keeping all mediums of internal and external communication aligned with the overall corporate strategy. In addition to ensuring smooth operations of the company’s ERP system.
