Business Consultant

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Setup Consultant / Corporate Service Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire process of establishing and managing their businesses in Dubai and other Emirates, as well as providing comprehensive corporate and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on company formation options, licensing types, and legal structures in Dubai and other Emirates.
• Handle end-to-end business setup processes, including documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements.
• Open and manage corporate bank account applications, liaise with banking institutions, and resolve related client queries.
• Monitor and interpret updates to laws, regulations, and policies across various UAE jurisdictions, ensuring clients receive accurate and timely advice.
• Obtain necessary approvals from relevant government departments and free zone authorities.
• Coordinate with legal, governmental, and regulatory bodies to resolve corporate matters efficiently.
• Support clients in visa processing, including employment, partner, investor, and dependent visas.
• Maintain detailed client records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–3 years in business setup, corporate services, banking relations, or a related field.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Russian (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE corporate laws, regulations, and government procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
