We are looking for an “ Industrial IoT Business Consultant ”, who will act as a trusted advisor by leveraging deep manufacturing process expertise to drive value with our next-generation industrial IoT platform, Platform360—ensuring long-term customer success and an exceptional experience throughout the journey.

Role Overview:

As an IoT Business Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to our manufacturing clients, driving the adoption of Platform360 and delivering measurable value through digital transformation. You'll work across teams and customer levels to solve complex challenges, ensure successful delivery, and help scale IoT impact in industrial environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and industry, with strong problem-solving skills, a consultative mindset, and a passion for enabling customer success.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of customers’ end-to-end lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, sustained usage, and alignment of Platform360 solutions with the customer’s digital transformation objectives.
  • Enable customers to optimize their operations using Platform360 by identifying relevant use cases, guiding digital adoption, and communicating business value through measurable impact and ROI.
  • Build strong relationships with customer executives, ensure their needs are met, and become their go-to contact throughout the digital transformation journey.
  • Ensure timely implementation and activation of services; accelerate revenue realization by managing delivery dependencies and removing roadblocks.
  • Continuously assess and adjust existing product features based on customer feedback, competition, and technological evolution.
  • Drive coordination across cross-functional teams—Sales, Project Management, Product, and Technology—to resolve customer challenges, manage through crises, and de-escalate critical situations.
  • Develop and enhance internal processes and customer-facing content to scale and strengthen the Customer Success function.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputable university.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical, management consultancy, and customer success roles within industrial software or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding and solid experience in manufacturing processes and Industrial IoT (IIoT) solutions; basic understanding of ERP systems and their integration with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
  • Exceptional executive presence and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and customers at all organizational levels.
  • Self-motivated and demonstrates a leadership profile that energizes and inspires teams
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to anticipate problems and solve them with persistent follow-up.
  • Experience in change management and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated presentation skills, including building content in PowerPoint and presenting to clients and stakeholders.
  • No restrictions on periodic travel in line with customer engagement requirements.
  • Fluent in English (C1 or higher)
