Job Overview:

We are looking for motivated and performance-driven Business Consultants (Sales Representatives) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions from our range of services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the company’s financial and investment services to new clients.
• Identify potential leads through calls, meetings, and networking.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM and follow up consistently.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and financial solutions.
• Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year of experience in sales (financial, insurance, or related sector preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
• Ability to work in a team and handle client queries professionally.
• Fluency in English and Hindi languages.
