Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business performance, identify trends, and highlight improvement opportunities.
- Define and implement relevant KPIs.
- Develop clear, detailed process maps and documentation using standard BPMN methodology.
- Identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities for automation or enhancement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and validate process improvements.
- Provide recommendations and support implementation planning for future-state processes.
- Deliver findings and recommendations in structured presentations and reports.
- Develop and execute initiatives that enhance service quality and operational efficiency through service management best practices.
- Drive process excellence by identifying, developing, and implementing streamlined processes across the organization.
- Lead the Continuous Improvement function to embed a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
- Develop process in line with of ISO 9001, iso 14001, iso 27001, iso 45001, cyber security /GDPR and ESG/sustainability
- Lead auditor and experience in implementing iso 9001, iso 14001, iso 27001, iso 50001.
Skills:
A Post graduate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
- A minimum of10 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in process modelling tools (e.g., Miro, Visio, Aris etc).
- Process improvement and optimization- Data analysis and reporting- Project management- Change management- Process auditing/compliance/ISO auditor- Training and user support- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
