Job Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Executive to join the Founder’s Office, working closely with the founders and business leaders across strategy, finance, and operations. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain a 360° view of the business, influence decision-making at the highest level, and drive execution on critical initiatives.

The Senior Executive will play a pivotal role in business planning, performance tracking, and delivering actionable insights to support the company’s growth journey. You will be responsible for preparing leadership reports, synthesizing key discussions between the founders and business unit heads, and ensuring that priorities are executed with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with founders and leadership teams to drive business planning, reporting, and performance reviews across all functions.
  • Analyze complex financial and operational data, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Prepare high-quality leadership reports, dashboards, and business reviews that provide visibility into progress, risks, and priorities.
  • Track critical deliverables and strategic initiatives, ensuring accountability and timely execution through proactive follow-ups.
  • Support strategic decision-making by building and maintaining financial models and business intelligence tools.
  • Act as a central link between founders and business unit heads, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Drive special projects and cross-functional initiatives, from planning through execution, in a fast-paced environment.

Who Fits the Legend’s Seat

  • 3–5 years of experience in finance, consulting, strategy, or related fields.
  • Arabic Speaker – Mandatory, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling, data analytics, and BI/reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into simple, compelling insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, track deliverables, and drive execution under tight timelines.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a founder-led, high-growth, and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work directly with senior leadership.
