Junior Business Analyst ( Arabic Speakers Only )

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to identify business trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Assist in designing workflow diagrams, process models, and system documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Participate in system testing, data validation, and quality assurance activities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs using analytical tools.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) and good command of English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros).
• Hands-on knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, SQL, R, or Java preferred).
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in multicultural teams.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
