🚨 Job Title: Business Consultant – Business Setup Consultancy

About the Company

They are a business setup consultancy based in Dubai, helping domestic and international clients establish and grow their companies within the UAE. They provide end‑to‑end services including company formation (mainland, freezone, offshore), licensing, visa and immigration, PRO services, regulatory compliance, banking support, and ongoing advisory.

Role Overview

They are looking for a motivated and client‑oriented Business Consultant with at least 2 years of relevant experience , of which minimum 1 year must be in the UAE. The successful candidate will guide clients through the process of setting up businesses in the UAE, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and delivering excellent customer service.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

➤Consult with clients to understand their business goals, needs, and preferred structure (mainland, free zone, offshore).

➤Advise clients on licensing, company registration, legal structure, visas, permits, and regulatory compliance in the UAE.

➤Prepare and submit required documentation and follow up with government authorities, free zone authorities, PRO offices, etc.

➤Assist clients with bank account opening for companies.

➤Provide post‑setup support (e.g. amendments, renewals, license upgrades, visa services).

➤Keep updated with latest UAE regulations, laws, and procedures relevant to business setup and corporate services.

➤Generate new business leads through client outreach, networking, referrals, and coordination with marketing/sales teams.

➤Maintain accurate records and reports of client interactions, applications, and status of processes.

🟢 Skills Required & Qualifications:

‣Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Law or related field.

‣Minimum 2 years’ experience in business consultancy / business setup or corporate services.

‣At least 1 year working experience in UAE , familiar with UAE authorities, free zones, visa & licensing systems.

‣Strong knowledge of UAE business setup process (mainland, free zone, licensing, visa, approvals).

‣Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills in English; other languages a plus.

‣Strong interpersonal skills, client facing, ability to build trust.

‣Detail‑oriented, organized, able to manage multiple clients/applications in parallel.
