Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales cum Business Consultant for a Business Setup & Corporate Services company in Dubai. This role combines client-facing sales with business advisory, requiring the ability to understand client requirements, recommend suitable business structures, and convert consultations into successful engagements.
The ideal candidate must be confident in handling end-to-end client discussions, from initial consultation to deal closure, while coordinating closely with operations for smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Client Acquisition
- Generate and close sales for:
- Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation
- PRO services, visas, and compliance services
- Conduct client consultations to understand business activities, ownership structure, and market intent.
- Convert walk-in, inbound, referral, and outbound leads into confirmed clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Business Consulting & Advisory
- Advise clients on:
- Suitable jurisdiction (Mainland / Free Zone / Offshore)
- License types and activity selection
- Shareholding and visa eligibility
- Explain regulatory requirements, timelines, and costs clearly.
- Ensure solutions are compliant, practical, and aligned with client goals.
3. Proposal, Pricing & Closure
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service explanations.
- Negotiate within approved pricing frameworks.
- Close deals with accurate scope definition (no overpromising).
4. Coordination with Operations
- Handover closed clients to operations with complete documentation.
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to execution.
- Support operations in case of client clarifications or additional requirements.
5. Market & Relationship Development
- Build relationships with:
- Entrepreneurs
- SMEs
- Consultants and channel partners
- Keep updated on UAE regulations and market changes.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Mandatory Requirements
- 3–5 years UAE experience in Business Setup / Corporate Services (mandatory).
- Proven track record in consultative sales and deal closure.
- Strong knowledge of:
- UAE company formation processes
- PRO and visa services
- Ability to conduct professional client consultations independently.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Presentable, confident, and client-oriented.
