About the Role

Brand Consulting Corporation LLC is hiring a Business Consultant and Training Specialist to join our expanding team in Doha, Qatar. This role is designed for experienced consultants, business strategists, and corporate trainers who want to work at the intersection of business consulting, training delivery, and AI-powered growth.

You will work directly across our FOS — Founder Operating System — platform and our growing portfolio of corporate clients, supporting founders, entrepreneurs, and business leaders across Qatar and the GCC with practical consulting expertise and structured training delivery.

Responsibilities

Deliver business consulting support to founders, startups, and corporate clients across Qatar and the GCC

Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and boot camps on business strategy, growth, and AI tools

Develop consulting frameworks, strategy documents, and client-facing business recommendations

Design and deliver structured training content including presentations, workbooks, and facilitation guides

Support clients with business planning, market entry, operational strategy, and brand positioning

Contribute to FOS programme delivery — Founder Boot Camp, AI Prompting Workshops, and growth sprints

Build and manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality consulting and training outcomes

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and programme expansion possibilities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, Marketing, or related field

experience in business consulting, corporate training, strategy, or advisory roles

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans

Proven experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, or business presentations

Comfortable working with founders, executives, and senior business leaders

Knowledge of AI tools and digital business strategy is a strong advantage

Experience in a consulting firm, training company, or entrepreneurial environment is preferred

Fluency in English required; Arabic is a strong advantage for Qatar-based role
