This role is built for HR professionals who have a strong background in training, talent development, and people operations &mdash; and who are ready to apply that expertise in an AI-driven, fast-moving consulting environment.You will support the full people development cycle across our FOS &mdash; Founder Operating System ( https://bccqa.com/fos/ &mdash; platform and our growing portfolio of clients across Qatar and the GCC.
