About the Role

Brand Consulting Corporation LLC is looking for an experienced HR and Training Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role is built for HR professionals who have a strong background in training, talent development, and people operations — and who are ready to apply that expertise in an AI-driven, fast-moving consulting environment.

You will support the full people development cycle across our FOS — Founder Operating System ( https://bccqa.com/fos/ — platform and our growing portfolio of clients across Qatar and the GCC. From talent acquisition support and onboarding to training delivery and HR operations, this role puts you at the centre of a high-impact business ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programmes, workshops, and onboarding experiences for internal teams and corporate clients

Support HR operations including recruitment coordination, talent screening, and candidate management

Develop HR frameworks, policies, and people development tools aligned to business growth

Facilitate AI business workshops, founder boot camps, and skills training sessions

Build and maintain training content — presentations, workbooks, facilitator guides, and e-learning materials

Conduct training needs assessments and recommend learning solutions aligned to organisational goals

Support performance management, capability building, and team development initiatives

Coordinate with programme and consulting teams to align HR and training delivery with client outcomes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or related field

experience in HR, talent development, training, or L&D roles

Strong facilitation and communication skills — confident working with founders, executives, and teams

Knowledge of HR best practices, talent management, and learning frameworks

Familiarity with AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude or similar — is a strong advantage

Experience in a consulting, training, or entrepreneurial environment is a plus

Fluency in English required; Arabic is a strong advantage for Qatar-based role
