Coffee Trainer | Barista Trainer

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Coffee Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and developing baristas across all outlets, ensuring consistency in beverage quality, service standards, and coffee knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct barista training programs for new and existing staff
• Develop and maintain training materials and SOPs
• Ensure consistency in coffee preparation and presentation across all outlets
• Perform regular store visits for evaluation, coaching, and quality control
• Train staff on espresso calibration, latte art, and brewing techniques
• Monitor product quality and provide feedback for improvement
• Support new store openings and staff onboarding
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barista Trainer
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing methods, and equipment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to train, motivate, and evaluate team members
• Willingness to travel between outlets
• Good organizational and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specialty coffee certifications (SCA or similar)
• Experience in multi-outlet operations
• Passion for coffee and continuous learning
