Business Consultant / Business Setup Advisor

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Business Consultant / Business Setup Advisor to join our Corporate Services Company. In this role, you will assist individuals and businesses with setting up companies in Dubai Mainland and Free Zones, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. This position plays an important role in supporting business growth through expert guidance, strong client relationships, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional guidance on UAE business setup options, including Mainland and FreeZone company formation.
• Assist clients with legal and regulatory requirements, including company registration, licensing, and visa processes.
• Manage end-to-end client coordination, from initial inquiry through company incorporation and post-setup services.
• Handle document collection, verification, and management, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain clear and regular client communication, updating clients on task progress, document requirements, and timelines for each project.
• Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with UAE company laws, including any required amendments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government authorities, and business partners.
• Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems.
• Stay informed about regulatory updates, industry changes, and business setup procedures to provide accurate advice.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in business consultancy, sales, or business setup advisory in the UAE.
• Good understanding of UAE business regulations, company formation processes, and visa procedures.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills with experience in CRM systems and document management.
