Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Setup Consultant to guide clients through the process of starting and structuring their businesses. This role involves client advisory, coordination with internal teams, and revenue generation. The position includes commission-based earnings in addition to fixed pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult clients on business setup services including company incorporation, licenses, registrations, and compliance
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business structures
• Coordinate with internal teams (legal, compliance, finance) to ensure smooth execution
• Manage client relationships from lead generation to service delivery
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
• Ensure timely completion of business setup processes

Requirements & Skills

• Experience in business consulting, company formation, or professional services preferred
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Knowledge of business registration, compliance, and regulatory processes is an advantage
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close deals
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
