How You'll Partner With Us

Your primary focus will be helping Vasaga Studio grow by identifying, engaging, and closing new client opportunities across the UAE, US, and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through your personal and professional networks
• Develop relationships with corporate clients, industry partners, and community groups
• Promote Vasaga Studio's digital, technology, and marketing services
• Identify new business opportunities and referral channels
• Coordinate with the Vasaga Studio operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
• Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business

Who We Are Looking For

• Individuals with strong networking and sales abilities
• An existing client base, referral network, corporate contacts, or community connections (preferred)
• Experience in a Web Agency, Digital Agency, Technology Company, Real Estate, Sales, or Business Development (an advantage)
• Self-motivated individuals capable of generating business independently
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

What We Offer

• Commission Structure: 5–30% of project value per closed deal, paid within 7 days of client payment. Example: a $7,000 website project earns $700–$2,100 in commission.
• Recurring Revenue: Retainer clients (maintenance, digital marketing) generate ongoing monthly commission for the life of the contract

Important Notes

1. This is a commission-based opportunity. It does not include a fixed monthly salary, visa sponsorship, or relocation support.
2. Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate existing networks, business development capability, or a proven ability to generate sales in IT, marketing, or digital services.
3. This is a chance to become one of the core members of a growth-stage startup.
