Business Consultant (Sales & Client Relations)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Consultant to join our growing team in 6th of October City, Egypt. In this full-time role, you will drive sales, maintain strong client relationships, and deliver excellent customer service to ensure business growth and client satisfaction. This position offers a starting salary of EGP 15,000 per month and an opportunity to be part of a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and follow up with potential customers to promote company products and services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Provide professional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and effectively.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service quality.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in sales (4+ years preferred).
• Customer Service Skills: Strong background in customer service with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales Abilities: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Performance Under Pressure: Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet sales targets.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software/systems.
• Language: Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Location: Must reside in 6th of October City or nearby areas.
• Personal Qualities: A proactive, customer-focused, and results-oriented mindset.
