Business Continuity and Risk Specialist

Minimum bachelor's degree Engineering Major.


Experience:

Minium 3 Years.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze enterprise and operational risk assessment reports (quantitatively and qualitatively) in accordance with approved frameworks, ensuring accurate classification and appropriate recommendations.
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support regular tracking and continuous improvement.
  • Review the implementation of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) across organizational units, document deviations, and ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Participate in conducting emergency response tests and business continuity drills, documenting operational results to evaluate the effectiveness of plans.
  • Analyze test and exercise outcomes against defined targets and follow up on corrective actions to enhance readiness and reduce response time.
  • Collect and analyze operational data from departments, ensuring completeness and quality, and update the risk register by linking risks to controls and mitigation plans based on impact and likelihood assessments.
  • Document response procedures and plan activation during field exercises, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to organizing and delivering awareness and training sessions on risk management and business continuity to strengthen organizational culture.
  • Propose and utilize advanced analytical and measurement tools to collect and analyze data and develop reports and dashboards to improve output quality.
  • Monitor the implementation of mitigation plans for critical risks, ensuring adherence to timelines and measuring effectiveness to reduce residual risk.
  • Maintain continuous communication with Risk and Business Continuity representatives, providing support to update risk registers and related plans within their respective units, ensuring institutional alignment and integration.
  • Support the preparation of executive presentations and analytical reports for senior management, enabling informed, data-driven decision-making based on accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, methodologies, guidelines, procedures, and operational systems to enhance institutional quality and efficiency.
  • Participate in executing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance readiness and response efficiency while optimizing costs.
  • Prepare accurate and timely operational reports in line with departmental responsibilities and submit them to management in accordance with authority requirements.
  • Perform any other duties within the scope of the job level and area of specialization.
