Business Continuity & Resilience Manager – Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced Business Continuity & Resilience Manager for one of our clients in Saudi Arabia to build and lead the organization’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery (DR) framework in alignment with SAMA, CMA, and ISO 22301 standards. The ideal candidate will design governance structures, develop BCM policies and procedures, run BIA and DR programs, and lead crisis response activities across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Build and implement the complete BCM framework and Business Continuity Blueprint.

Develop BCM/DR documents including BCM Policy, Crisis Management Procedures, BIA, DR Plan, Recovery Strategies, and Testing Plans.

Lead operational continuity activities and maintain RTO/RPO standards.

Conduct DR drills, failover tests, and crisis simulations.

Act as a core member of the Crisis Management Team during incidents.

Ensure compliance with SAMA, CMA, and ISO 22301 requirements.

Collaborate with IT, Risk, and Audit on continuity and recovery initiatives.

Build and mentor a BCM/DR team and run awareness programs across the organization.

Requirements

5–10 years of hands-on BCM/DR experience.

Proven ability to build BCM frameworks and documentation from the ground up.

Strong expertise in ISO 22301, crisis management, and IT disaster recovery.

Experience leading BIAs, DR drills, and continuity testing.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or similar certifications.

Experience in financial services, fintech, or technology-driven environments.
