Principal Accountabilities

Part ERM and BCM team who work with senior management in all lines of business to coordinate business continuity governance activities

Contribute to the development and maintenance of the enterprise-wide business continuity management program including development of tools and instructional guides

Business continuity planning, development and facilitation of enterprise-wide event exercises, relationship management with external vendors, development of policy, standards, and guidelines
-
Assist in developing and conducting risk assessments, business impact analysis, identifying prevention and mitigation efforts that result from such work
-
Develop and maintains a business recovery plan and procedure; reviews, revises, and expands existing plans and protocols in an organized, auditable manor

Facilitate BCM trainings, drills and awareness sessions

Provide leadership, advice, and guidance to other team members, departments on business continuity management
-
Foster relationships and develops networking opportunities to gather and disseminate business continuity information

Adeptly and productively works with a wide array of employees across business disciplines and hierarchies

Prepare reports and presentations summarizing results, trends and accomplishments of specified objectives, goals, or plans related to BCM and Risk Management
-
Perform all duties in a professional, effective and confidential manner and performs all other related duties as required or assigned.

Ensure compliance with industry latest standards, regulations, and best practices etc

Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees understand their roles during a disruption
Educational Qualifications & Certifications
Relevant Experience
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in a related discipline, or equivalent
-
Certification BCM and Risk Management (such as CBCI, CBCP, CRMA, ISO 22301, ISO 31000, etc.) will be preferred
-
Master’s Degree is an advantage
-
Minimum 07 years of experience in business continuity and risk management

Excellent written & spoken communication skills in the English language. Knowledge of Arabic is preferred
