What You´ll Do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for Adhesive Technologies business unit.
• Track KPIs and deliver actionable insights
• Advise business leaders with data-driven decision support
• Present financial topics to GMs and key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance and governance across reporting standards
• Promote financial awareness and continuous improvement
• Drive projects and process enhancements
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experience in business controlling, FP&A, or financial strategy
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Excellent collaboration and leadership abilities
• Fluent in English—spoken and written
