Position Summary
Semapro SRL LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Coordinator to support day-to-day business operations, coordinate internal departments, and assist in client and partner communications. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative workflows, improve operational efficiency, and support management in executing business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily business operations across departments
- Support management in planning, scheduling, and reporting activities
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective communication
- Prepare business reports, presentations, and documentation as required
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, contracts, and business transactions
- Assist in project coordination and follow-up on deliverables and deadlines
- Support procurement and administrative processes when needed
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards
- Help identify process improvements to enhance efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or operations role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Skills
- Experience in construction, trading, or service-based companies
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
