Schedule
- Full-time position
- 40–48 hours per week
- Sunday–Thursday workweek
- Predictable schedule with occasional flexibility as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily business operations and administrative activities
- Support project planning, tracking, and execution
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely task completion
- Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Identify process improvements and support implementation
