Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Coordinator to manage bidding activities through governmental platforms and support the daily operations of the CEO’s Office. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and experience working with government portals and senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up on bidding and tender processes through governmental platforms (such as Etimad and other official portals).
- Prepare, submit, and track bids, proposals, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect required technical and financial documents.
- Monitor bid deadlines, clarifications, and announcements.
- Manage and organize all bidding records and correspondence.
- Provide administrative and executive support to the CEO.
- Manage CEO’s office operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and drafting correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, government entities, and partners as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in bidding/tender management, preferably using governmental platforms.
- Experience in executive or CEO office support is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online government systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
