Job Description:
We are looking for a confident, presentable, and highly organized Project Coordinator (Female) who will act as a bridge between the Sales and Technical teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with the COO, ensuring smooth coordination, timely reporting, and efficient project execution.
This role requires someone who can take ownership, manage multiple workflows, and ensure no delays occur across ongoing projects and leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily reporting for COO regarding:
- Lead status (new, in-progress, converted)
- Ongoing project updates
- Delivered vs. newly onboarded projects
- Track and monitor:
- Project progress & timelines
- Priority and critical projects
- Stuck projects and propose actionable solutions
- Ensure smooth coordination between:
- Sales Team (Lead generation & client communication)
- Technical Team (Designing, Drafting & Engineering delivery)
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively prevent delays
- Follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely task completion
- Assist COO in operational planning and execution
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and dashboards
- Communicate updates clearly to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Female candidate required
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator / Operations Coordinator / BPO Coordinator
- Strong command of English communication (spoken & written)
- Excellent reporting, follow-up, and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Confident, presentable, and ownership-driven personality
- Experience in BPO / International campaigns / US market will be preferred

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
