Seeking a highly motivated, creative, dynamic, and collaborative individual to fill the position of Junior Data Analyst reporting to the Director of Converting Program Unit. The role of Junior Data Analyst is to collect, streamline, analyze, interpret data to support various business function within the organization. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to improve overall operation efficiency to the company
What you’ll do:
-
Operate within Good Manufacturing Procedures (G.M.P) regulations and guidelines always in accordance with ISO13485. Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P’s) in place relevant to your work activities.

Compiling, formulating, and analyzing data in supporting the Finance and Operation team.

Collaborating closely with global manufacturing teams on ERP data streamlining, analysis & reporting.

Participating in analysis of demand forecast planning, production/capacity planning, supply chain process and optimization.

Designing and maintaining data systems and databases, including troubleshooting potential issues
-
Evaluating business processes for efficiency, cost, and other valuable metrics for benchmarking

Continuous development and optimization of processes and tools. Participate in critical projects to help test and validate the new functionalities in the systems to ensure stability and quality during and after implementation

Performs other related duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring:

Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics, Business Management, Data Sciences or similar field. Masters Degree is a plus.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel), MATLAB, R, Python, SQL / NoSQL. Machine Learning.
