Job Description: - Business Data Analyst: -
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and lead the business requirements process for a Microsoft Fabric implementation. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in data analytics projects, Agile methodologies, and enterprise-scale cloud solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of modern data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Microsoft Fabric-based solutions.
. Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
. Collaborate with architects and developers to design solutions aligned with business objectives.
. Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
. Support data ingestion, transformation, and visualization processes within Microsoft Fabric.
. Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates.
. Assist with UAT and ensure features meet acceptance criteria.
. Contribute to change management and user onboarding for new data solutions.

Required Qualification:
. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in data/analytics projects.
. Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.
. Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved strategic planning, resource allocation and production methods.
. Ability to apply AI tools in analytics for reporting and scaling up productivity in projects.
. Strong understanding of Microsoft Fabric components (Data Factory, Data Lake, Power BI, Synapse).
. Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban).
. Proficiency in Azure DevOps or similar tools.
. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
. Bachelor's/Masters degree in engineering, business management, economics, finance or relevant field required.
. Microsoft certifications in Data Analytics or Azure.
. Experience with enterprise-scale data modernization projects.
. Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance in cloud environments.
