Job Title- Business and Data Analyst

Location- Pittsburgh and Cleveland Ohio (5 days office)

Duration: Full time

Role and Responsibilities:

• 8+ years of experience in BFS domain as business and data analyst.
• Gather and document business requirements for data engineering and analytics projects.
• Translate business needs into clear and concise technical specifications for developers
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure requirements are technically feasible
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data flows, data models and business rules
• Good to have -> Candidate is familiar with data documentation needed for Change Releases
• Analyze existing data systems and processes to identify areas of improvement
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
