About you and this role
Develops full proficiency and applies knowledge in a range of technical and operational processes and procedures through job-related training and on-the-job experience in order to perform a variety of tasks to ensure master data meets quality standards. Acts as an escalation point and coach for members of your team by easily explaining complex processes.

Responsibilities
- Maintains code request process for create, change, discontinue, and reactivate requests.
- Escalates issues and process improvement suggestions to the Team.
- Implements data quality audits and metrics.
- Identifies problems and all relevant issues in straightforward situations for data coordination tasks.
- Identifies data quality gaps and takes action to address the gaps.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Identifies key issues and patterns from partial or conflicting data.
- Monitors metrics for the businesses or functions they support.
- Define, report, and help resolve problems with the applications and mobile solution technology.
- Suggest and provide value case for enhancements to better support the associated work processes and improve user productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in IT discipline preferred or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
