Job Description:

We are seeking a Strategy Consultant who excels at transforming complex business problems into clear, compelling narratives. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, and exceptional storytelling—especially through high-impact executive presentations.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape strategy, synthesize insights, and deliver polished, boardroom-ready materials that influence decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Problem Solving:

• Break down ambiguous business challenges into structured frameworks.
• Conduct market, competitor, and internal analyses to generate insights.
• Develop actionable strategic recommendations.

Executive Storytelling:

• Craft clear, persuasive narratives tailored for senior leadership.
• Translate data and analysis into compelling storylines with a strong “so what”.
• Build logical, hypothesis-driven story arcs (top-down communication).

Executive Deck Creation:

• Design and deliver high-quality PowerPoint presentations for C-suite audiences.
• Create visually clean, concise, and impactful slides (clarity over clutter).
• Apply best practices in slide structuring, data visualization, and messaging.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Partner with executives to refine messaging and align on strategic direction.
• Present findings confidently in leadership forums.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate on deliverables.

Data-Driven Insights:

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to support recommendations.
• Synthesize large amounts of information into digestible insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or similar roles.
• Experience working on executive-level presentations and strategy projects.

Core Skills:

• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
• Strong PowerPoint / presentation design expertise.
• Structured thinking (MECE, hypothesis-driven approach).
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear messages.

Analytical Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Comfort working with data (Excel, basic analytics).

Soft Skills:

• Executive presence and confidence.
• Attention to detail and high-quality bar.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $97,776.36 - $117,752.17 per year
