Overview:
The FCB Health Agentic AI team designs and deploys enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions for pharmaceutical brands across the Omnicom Health network. We operate as an entrepreneurial, high-impact team partnering with agencies, clients, and technical experts to build and evolve AI agents that transform engagement across patients, caregivers, HCPs, and field teams.
We are seeking a Senior Agentic AI Strategist who operates at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and commercialization. This is a hybrid builder–operator–educator role—not traditional account management and not purely technical.
You will guide clients from early education and opportunity identification through solution design, deployment, and optimization within our proprietary Agentic AI framework.
This role requires business acumen, intellectual curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, and a willingness to wear multiple hats. As a growing practice, we move quickly and continuously evolve our offerings. The right candidate is energized by that environment.

3–6+ years in digital strategy, AI solutions, innovation consulting, pharma marketing, or related fields.
