Business Develoment Manager- Residential Fit Out -UAE Driving Liscence Mandatory

We are looking for a driven and client-focused professional with strong residential market exposure to support the growth of our interiors contracting division and secure premium home interior projects.

Reporting To: Sales Director
Salary Range: Fixed Salary+ Commissions + Travel Allowance

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• 3–8 years’ experience in sales/business development within a residential interiors contracting or fit-out company
• Demonstrated experience in securing residential interior projects, including apartments, villas, and luxury homes
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and converting quality leads
• Strong network of property owners, brokers, developers, and community management teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Ability to manage high-volume enquiries and multiple project pipelines simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office is essential; experience with CRM tools is an advantage
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
• UAE market experience is mandatory
• Valid UAE driving license
